We reached out to Tracy and told her that we were interested in a property. Well, from that moment Tracy was on it. She contacted the owners agent and informed them of our interest. She kept us updated with every step of the way. Ensured to thoroughly explain every detail along the way with regards to the offer, counter offer, timelines that were required to be met and made sure we met all of our deadlines.
